Friends of the Festival will kick off Riverbend this year with Sheryl Crow.
The multi-Grammy winner will take the Coca Cola stage on the first Friday of this summer's festival.
Crow brings songs from 7 top ten albums. Her 1993 debut "Tuesday Night Music Club" eventually went seven times platinum. She has landed singles on the rock, pop and country charts. Crow has also won seven Grammy Awards.
Sheryl Crow joins Darrius Rucker and Charlie Daniels as the headliners announced so far for Riverbend 2010.

Some of these comments match the intelligence and thoughtfulness of the report itself. "Saturday Night Music Club"? Really? At least with Crow the CC Stage won't be 100% has-been city as in the past. Still, we'll hafta muscle through the Bud and Skoal crowd to get to the better side stage acts as usual.

How much?
What is she worth and what does she cost? Will she bring in the number of crowd Riverbend can hold? The bottom line is all about money not what makes the average bozo happy. Does anyone really believe the people who hires her cares about seeing or hearing her?
