Residents Want To Energize East Ridge

This is the first of three meetings called Energize East Ridge. The plan will build upon the Dare to Dream process conducted five years ago. Citizens gave their input on area business, schools, housing, recreation and transportation. Mayor Mike Steele adds, "Some of it may be a year or two year type plans but we're looking for some quick hit items because we want the people to say 'hey, that was my idea and they've already done it.'" If they want to energize
If they want to energize East Ridge, they can start
with getting rid of the raunchy businesses. You know
the one that is near a school where school busses drive by and the other one next to a pizza place.
