Catoosa County murder suspect Phu Thien Tran will go before a Pennsylvania judge Friday to sign extradition papers.

Captain Scott Jordan with the sheriff's department says officers then have 10 days to bring him back to Georgia.

Tran surrendered to police in Pennsylvania Tuesday after running from Catoosa officers.

He is wanted in the shooting deaths of two teenagers at a Lakeview house.
