11 Hamilton County Schools received a reward for going the extra mile to promote student and staff health.

Everybody's heard the saying, "seeing is believing."  And when it comes to getting healthy, having a mental image of completing your goal goes a long way toward getting you there.

Throughout the month of February, we provided you with updates on a group of residents turning a new years resolution, into a new way of life.  Today, we learn about the challenges they've encountered along the way.
