New Osama bin Laden Message

A new message purportedly from Osama bin Laden condemns European countries for siding with the U-S in Afghanistan.

The message also blasts European Union nations for allowing the publication of cartoons of the Prophet Muhammed.

The speaker on the audiotape says mocking Islam's founder violates -quote- "The etiquettes of dispute and fighting."

The tape has not been independently verified.

Bin Laden's last public statement was issued in December.
