Naked Motorcyclist Caught on Dash Cam

"I asked him what happened to his clothing and he said he lost them."

CAPTAIN MIKE ROLLS WAS DRIVING ALONG HIGHWAY 200 EARLY THIS MORNING, WHEN HE SAW SOMETHING- THAT MADE HIM DO A DOUBLE TAKE.

THAT SOMETHING WAS 45 YEAR OLD DANTE KRAUS, NAKED AND DRIVING A MOTORCYCLE...

"You could see from his feet which were bare, all the way up to his shoulders that he didn't have any clothing on."

EVEN AFTER CAPTAIN ROLLS DROVE UP BESIDE THE NAKED KRAUS,

HE DIDN'T APPEAR TO BE CONCERNED, BUT INSTEAD JUMPED ON THE I-75.

DEPUTIES SAY HE GOT OFF ONE EXIT LATER AT SR ROAD FORTY- AND RAN A RED LIGHT.

"I just kind of questioned him as to what was he doing and where was he
going...he didn't know."

KRAUS WAS GIVEN SOBRIETY TESTS, WHICH HE FAILED...DEPUTIES FOUND HIM CLOTHING AND AND THEN TOOK HIM TO THE MARION COUNTY JAIL.

"Everyday thousands of day of people drive down busy streets like this and of those its difficult to say how many might be under the influence of alcohol. 
but it's safe to say Kraus didn't help himself blend in too much by being naked on a motorcycle."

THIS ARREST WILL MAKE IT HIS 5TH FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL.

"That wasn't me."

THIS AFTERNOON A CLOTHED KRAUS BONDED OUT OF JAIL...BUT DENIED BEING THE NAKED MAN ON THE BIKE.

BUT THEN AGAIN, WHO COULD REALLY BLAME HIM?

"In my many years of law enforcement I've seen many things, but this would definitely be the first of this type."
