
Chattanooga Mayor Involved in Minor Traffic Accident

Chattanooga Mayor Ron Littlefield was involved in a minor traffic at 14th and Carter Streets around 2 pm Saturday afternoon.
According to the traffic accident report, Mayor Littlefield was turning from 14th Street onto Carter when his vehicle hit another on Carter. Both vehicles sustained very little damage and there were no reported injuries.
Mayor Littlefield was found at fault for the accident for failure to yield the right of way. No citations were issued because both drivers were insured. Wet road conditions and visual obstructions were contributing factors in the wreck.
