Marion County Closes Schools Because of Flu

Marion county officials announced Wednesday afternoon that they are closing schools for the remainder of the week.
The reason is the high number of absences because of illness.

Hospitals are not testing the type of flu anymore. My son has it and they just tested for the flu, not the type. Every flu is tested with the same meds.

Regarding your on-line report of flu in Marion County, please republish the statement and tell us which "flu" you are referring to?
Is it the normal flu or H1NI ? That is an important distinction.

School Closing
It's the threat of Swine flu I am assuming since that is what one meta tags is.. However I am curious if this interrupts their fall break in anyway?
