Man Shot During Home Invasion

A man is shot during a home invasion. It happened around 12:30 Satuday afternoon at 3301 Pinewood Drive. Chattanooga police say 30-year-old Derrick Houston was shot in the hand when he fought with an intruder. The suspect fled the scene. Houston drove himself to the hospital where he was treated and released. The incident is still under investigation.
