Hollywood A-listers paid tribute to the late Paul Newman at a fundraiser to benefit the actor's children's camp.
Danny Glover, Julia Roberts, and Bruce Willis -- among others -- turned out to the San Francisco event to benefit the The Painted Turtle camp for children with life-threatening illnesses.
The stars also spoke of Newman's status as a legendary actor -- and his contributions to charity.
Hanks: "I don't even want to say...only we can."
Willis: "You see his films and you can see him when he's a young kid and you can see him when he's a veteran...I got to work with him when he was a grown man, and he's a great example of how to live your life as a grown man in a very public way."
Reporter: "Giving back right?"
Willis: "Right, exactly."
Glover: "Paul Newman is a part of Paul Newman's legacy. His legacy of caring, I think finds itself oozing out of all of us."
Newman died of cancer last month at the age of 83.
