Two days on the run turned out to be enough for a Dade County escapee.
The Sheriff's office says Jason Plummer surrendered around noon Friday.
A Dade County Detective picked him up at a family member's house.
Plummer was treated at the hospital for minor injuries from being in the woods for two days.
He managed to escape from deputies Wednesday night.
They had arrested him on probation violation charges.
