Records covering 85 years of marriages in Hamilton County are now available with the click of your mouse at www.countyclerkanytime.com.
You can search the marriage record database here.
Clerk Bill Knowles says he wants to keep his office up with the latest technology. When he first ran for office in 1974 he ran on a promise of a mail-in program to renew car tags. After ten more years of work he's brought marriage licenses to the cutting edge, too. You can search by the groom's name, bride's name or the date. Right now you can search all marriages from 1857 through 1919 as well as all marriages from 1985 through present day. They are still working to complete the remaining years.

Bill Knowles is on top of this.. I emailed him my concerns and he has already emailed me and fixed this info that shouldn't be public knowledge.... I am glad we have someone like Bill Knowles that solve our problems!!! Thanks!

The news should look into this...... State law marriage records are public is fine! But being online now all our info scammers can get a hold of and use it for identify theft.. Bill Knowles should have thought about this. We are now set up for a scammer to get our info and use it to steal our identity.....
NOT HAPPY AT ALL.........TOO MUCH INFO OUT THERE ON THE WEB. Very private person and now it is all out there!!!!

There are no social security numbers or any private information like that listed on this site, so there shouldn't be a threat of identity theft.
Everything online is currently in the public file and is already accessible.
