If you haven't picked up your Riverbend Pin yet, this is the time to do so and save a few bucks.
Yes, it's almost time for the 28th annual summer festival at Ross's Landing.
Sponsors and civic groups were at work today setting up booths, stages and displays, getting ready for the first or 9 nights of entertainment starting on Friday.
The Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union and WDEF News 12 are teaming up for this year's Riverbend Beach.
Mount Eagle Sand and Gravel will donate 100 tons of sand so you can have the full beach experience.
Organizers believe more people will be staying home this summer because of the recession, and that should be a big turnout for Riverbend.
The pins are on sale at Mapco Marts for 28-dollars.
The price goes to 37-dollars after Thursday.
You can find a list of all entertainers and showtimes at http://www.riverbendfestival.com
