It's been a dangerous 24 hours for pedestrians in the Tennessee Valley.
Police make an arrest in the pedestrian struck case Thursday night in Dalton.
A car hit a woman at Emery Street near McBride.
On Friday, police arrested Jesus Slazar Guerrero for hit and run, reckless conduct and failing to render aid.
He says he was driving the woman when she jumped out of the car.
