Coach Bruce Pearl Pays For "Alimony" Hair and Nail Salon

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - University of Tennessee coach Bruce Pearl's ex-wife has started a new business called Alimony's with the money she is receiving from their divorce.

Kim Shrigley opened Alimony's Hair & Nail Salon Tuesday.

She says the name is aggressive, but "it's mine."

The salon offers hair and nail services with a discount to clients receiving alimony.

Shrigley, who now uses her maiden name, says she wants her clients to know they can experience hardships and "come out on top."

Pearl, who will earn $1.6 million this season as coach of the men's basketball team, filed for divorce in September 2007 after 25 years of marriage.

Do you get a special divorce card?

How the heck does she know? I am going in there and tell her i have been divorced 37 times. Maybe she will pay me to get my haircut there.

So, do you talk walk ins?

So, do you talk walk ins? Obviously you don't take walk outs... :) I will so get my hair done here.
