City Councilman Duke Franklin Indicted for Money Laundering

D-E-A agents hit Chattanooga today with federal indictments in hand. But the lead players in those indictments aren't making the headlines. Another public official was picked up as a side player. Agents charged Chattanooga Councilman Duke Franklin as part of the conspiracy laid out in Federal Court Wednesday afternoon. We have team coverage of the charges and public reaction.
