Four months after a fatal accident claimed two lives the family of those killed say the charges aren't enough.

Bill and Arbutus Grimsley, both 79, died after an accident on Hixson Pike on May 19, 2007.

Floyd Russell of Chattanooga was driving the black Jaguar that hit them.

Monday he was charged with driving "too fast for conditions" and "failure to maintain a lane."

An attorney for the Grimsley family says his clients aren't satisfied.

John Wolfe, Grimsley's Attorney says, "There's two fatalities here and in my clients minds the charges don't seem to be commiserate with what they're lost."

Wolfe says the family will meet with police later this week.

Civil charges are being considered in the case.
