Police report four people were on board the plane that crashed on Brainerd road earlier this evening.
They report various injuries, but all are alive right now.
The plane apparently hit a car on the road, but everyone is okay on the ground.
And coming up at eleven, we'll hear from bystanders who pulled people from the crashed plane.
First responders describe a small plane laying on it's side in a parking lot across the street from the Longhorn Steakhouse on Brainerd Road.
Initial reports say four people were on board.
They also describe fuel all over the crash scene.
Police are evacuating people from the area now and preparing to transport the victims.
We'll have full coverage tonight on WDEF News 12 at eleven.

Evan, WDEF's job is reporting the news. They reported. This plane didn't fall out of the sky, it landed. All 4 on board survived the crash. There's an old pilot joke that any landing you can walk away from... is a good one. God saved them for his purposes, in my honest opinion.

Emergency Landing
Matt is correct it was not a crash! It was a highly skilled, highly trained, well qualified individual doing the job he gets paid to do.
It is not what pilots do wrong that gets millions of people to the places they want to go everyday! It is what they do right!
Almost anybody can learn to fly a perfectly good airplane.
Professional pilots, men and women, are not paid to fly an airplane, they are paid to be there in case the airplane stops flying.
Our best wishes to the passengers and pilot, and a speedy recovery.
