The second time wasn't the charm for an accused bank robber in Athens. Police have charged Kenneth McKee of Madisonville with trying to hold up the F-S-G Bank on Tuesday. They say he held up the same bank two months ago. When he was walking toward the bank, someone recognized him from the previous robbery. By the time he entered the bank, they had already called police.
