
Assitant DA and Her Husband Spend The Night in Jail

An assistant district attorney in northeast Alabama and her husband both spent a night in jail over the weekend.
They were pulled over by state troopers in a traffic roadblock late Friday night.
Toby McCormick was charged with DUI.
And Dekalb prosecutor Julie Baker McCormick was charged with possession of a prohibited beverage.
They were both released on bond the next morning.
