Albert Haynesworth in Court
Comments Below: 0
Albert Haynesworth might be a defensive specialist, but the law considers him an offensive driver.
Back in March, the Tennessee Highway Patrol clocked the Tennessee Titan's Cadillac Escalade going 103 miles per hour down Interstate 65 near Nashville.
Anyone caught going more than 100 miles per hour in Williamson County can spend up to 48 hours in jail, according to the D-A.
With the prospect of jail time hanging over him, Haynesworth and his attorney asked the judge to put the case before a grand jury. The next court date is August 25th.
