Sheriff's deputies arrest three men after stealing thousands of dollars worth of DVDs and video games from a Sequatchie County Wal-Mart.
Detectives say 30-year-old Joshua Simmons...22-year-old Christopher Brock and 25-year-old Justin Prater admitted to stealing the items and then pawning them.
It appears they had been doing so for about a year...usually nabbing 7 to 8 hundred dollars of merchandise a week.
Currently the men are in jail charged with theft over 5 hundred dollars...but those charges are expected to be upgraded to a felony.

Sheriff Ronnie Hitchcock\Sequatchie Scam:

"If we catch people stealing, we will prosecute them because I go to the Wal-Mart and shop and I don't want to pay for these guys' habit."

Detectives had been keeping a close eye on the men because they had been picked up several weeks ago for promotion of meth.
