Should Georgia Ditch The Sales Tax?

     There is more talk about a radical change in Georgia's tax structure.
     Last year, House Speaker Glenn Richardson tried to get rid of the property tax and failed.
     Now the chairman of the Senate appropriations committee is targetting the sales tax.

25 years ago there was no Aquarium.  No Hamilton Place.  No Coolidge Park.  And the Walnut Street Bridge was closed.  The economy was in a shambles as the old industries in town were dying.  It realy was a different world in Chattanooga.
