     35-year old Jason Powers faces four counts of soliciting a teenager on the Internet.

Two Athens Residents Charged with TennCare Fraud

     Two more local people face TennCare fraud charges.
     Investigators say 25-year old John Davis of Athens was doctor shopping.
     They say he got painkillers from multiple doctors in a month's period.

     Investigators have charged a McMinn county woman with TennCare fraud.
     They say Sharon Vasquez of Athens got TennCare assistance she didn't qualify for.
     The Office of Inspector General says its investigations have led to 830 arrests for TennCare fraud over the last three years.
