This is not entirely true. His questions had not yet been answered when he was being removed. I do agree he should not have resisted arrest once the officers made it clear that, that was what was going to happen, but why was he being arrested. Everything states for disturbing the peace. Huh?!?! He was asking a question. Isn't that what you're supposed to do at a public forum????
