Too much
I believe when Kerry said he'd answer the question they should have left the kid alone. Not to say that he didn't need some sort of reprimand, he did go over his allotted time, perhaps banning him from the next such event. But the taser was too much. I believe that the taser does have it's place in police work, but do worry about the frequency of which I'm hearing stories of it's abuse. I hope that the matter is cleared up quickly because this is certainly the sort of event that gets young people (and I'm 24 so I'm having to listen to my friends talk about this) up in arms about their rights.
