Freedom of the what now?
Let's face it... as an American citizen in the United States at an open and public forum, he was a member of the press. He was exercising his First Amendment right to free speech and freedom of the press. It is a shame, however, that he had to react the way he did. Had he informed the security guards that they were hindering his First Amendment rights, they might have backed off a little bit. Unfortunately, he went about it the wrong way. What I cannot stand about this video is the students in the background; not one of them went to help their fellow man when a blatant act of police brutality and Constitutional degradation. Had I been there, I would have offered a citizen's arrest on the police. This entire situation could have been avoided if that millionaire of a liberal had just answered his question. Keep in mind, kids... it's not all about left wing vs right wing; it's the rich vs the poor. And guess which one YOU are?
