I was there when the accident occured. Sitting right across the street from where the accident occured and went to render aid when the accident happened. The woman in the video said that the vehicles were doing circles but that is incorrect. The yellow vehicle was sitting still while his wife took a picture of him in the vehicle. The red dunne buggy sped up on the right side of a Cadillac, which was sitting in the middle of the road, and hit the yellow car that was sitting still. I believe that the report needs to be reported correctly.
