children killed in car crash
This is my opinion, and I know everybody has one. There is NO EXCUSE for police chases. The vehicle that is being chased is going to show up somewhere. They will be spotted somewhere by someone. The chances of taking someone's life is not worth it. Then it is considered an "oh well" or "how sad". It is pathetic. NO EXCUSE.
