Undefeated CAK scored a goal with under two minutes left to play to claim the Class A-AA State Title 2-1 over Notre Dame. The Irish tied the game midway through the second half, but Brittany Hoffman's second goal of the game, a forty yard lofting kick that glided over the fingertips of the Irish goalkeeper clinched the victory with just under 2 minutes left in the game.
The win secured a perfect season for the Lady Warriors and gave them their third state title in four years. Brittany Hoffman was named the game's MVP.
