Who lost money?
I am not trying to be a smart aleck by any means, I would honestly like to know how Mr. Pascal defrauded anyone out of any money. The way I understand it he structured the language of the mortgages to make it look like he had made a downpayment when he actually hadn't. Why would that be worthy of jail time? Didn't the lenders still write the loans for the exact same amount of money as they normally would and didn't he pay the payments promptly?
