Parts of Amnicola Highway were under several inches of water Sunday afternoon.

Paul Ricks lives in East Chattanooga.  He says the flooding is nothing new.  "Every time it rains and there's a hard rain like out here it becomes flooded out here," he said Sunday afternoon.

Chattanooga Police report several areas in the city are flooding and roadways have been closed, barricades are up and citizens are being asked to abide by these barricades.
