The nation's top kicker has verbally committed to play football at Tennessee. Fort Lauderdale's Michael Palardy verbally committed to Tennessee on Thursday. 
He's rated the nation's number one kicking prospect by Scout.com.  Last season at St. Thomas Aquinas high school, 98-percent of Palardy's kickoffs went for touchbacks.
