He's a local legend in Chattanooga, but for the past two seasons, B.J. Coleman has been waiting patiently for his time to shine with the Tennessee Vols.
After outplaying the field in the Orange and White game on Saturday, he's poised to jump into the starting line up this fall.
Coleman doesn't have is the job, yet, but you get the feeling the
question isn't if, but when.
"I feel very confident. I feel like I've got a lot of repect from
those guys on the offensive and defensive side of the football. My goal
is to be a leader. Quarterback is a position that's been instilled in me
all my life, from coach Potter in high school, to coach Cutcliffe when I
got here, all the way through to these coaches now."
