How To Talk To Girls
Honestly, I sincerely go not mean to be rude, but didn't this book's author, (Alec Greven), admit he doesn't have a girl, and hasn't had one?
With respect, how then can we take him as an authority about girls, even if we were to agree that what he's saying is true? Besides, I spotted a contradiction or two in what he said and wrote. On the one hand, he said not to show off, but then later says to get a girls attention by impressing her with some feat.
I have nothing against him making an effort, and certainly many people (of all ages) aren't very good at communication or understanding. But this was just meant to be a class project in an elementary class. It should not be taken seriously, studied, and especially not paid money to possess. Any half-way observant person (at any age) could've come up with all the same stuff and more. There is nothing of genius in this work. I therefore strongly suggest, smiling at it as the very cute and definitely well-intentioned work that it is...and then, just as Alec says, moving on.
