Now, to one of those stories that makes you catch your breath and shake your head, because it's upsetting however it plays out. 

And it can only play out in one of two ways...Either there is an eight-year-old murderer in custody tonight in Arizona...Or the authorities there have done a little boy a grave injustice. 

Actually, come to think of it, both those things may be true.

Authorities have released video of officers questioning the boy...without a lawyer...and without his mother.
