The stimilus checks will be mailed beginning the last of June. Go to recovery.gov and if you are lucky you will find the page. When the checks are mailed will depend on the first 4 numbers of your social security number. Mine will come the middle of August. You do not have to have filed a tax return in 2009 to qualify. At least that is what H & R Block told me
