A former C-E-O faces eight counts of sexual battery from his weekend in Whitfield county.

He came to town as a celebrity judge for the Miss Resaca Beach Calendar contest over the weekend.

Witnesses say he attended a pool party at a private residence on Saturday night.

He is charged with groping six women at the party and making unwanted advances on two others.

The pageant asked him not to show up after learning of the charges.
