The same thing happened to me. I never recived mine, even though I was told they were sent. I also had them sent to multiple family addresses and not one was received. This was in June thru October of last year. I've seens o many reports of the same problem. SOmething is seriously wrong with the program. Too many people are not receiving them yet, are being told they were sent. I filed a complaint but no one seems to care.
