I signed up for a coupon and have been told I'm not eligible for one because my address is a business. I USED to work from home as an apartment manager, but no longer am. I've tried to explain and even had my mother try and get me one. She never received the coupon and I'm still waiting for the Gov. to answer my appeal. This is ridiculous!
