Catoosa County murder suspect Phu Thien Tran will go before a Pennsylvania judge Friday to sign extradition papers. Tran surrendered to police in Pennsylvania Tuesday after running from Catoosa officers. He is wanted in the shooting deaths of two teenagers at a Lakeview house.
