The 6'1, 190-pound Fullam has a nose for the football.
He led all of Division II-AA in tackles his sophomore year with 105. He has since been added to ESPN's list of the top 150 juniors to watch in the nation.
While Fullam had interest from some other SEC schools, he couldn't turn down the opportunity at Vanderbilt.
"It's a Vanderbilt education. You don't get much better than that nationwide.
Plus, it's SEC football, which in my opinion is the best football in the nation.
So really, I just didn't think I could go wrong."
Reporter-"How many picks are you going to have against former teammate BJ Coleman, now with the Vols?"
"I'd be happy with one. I'd be happy to play against him. We'll see.
Oh man, that would be great."
