City Councilman Duke Franklin Indicted for Money Laundering

D-E-A agents hit Chattanooga today with federal indictments in hand. But the lead players in those indictments aren't making the headlines. Another public official was picked up as a side player. Agents charged Chattanooga Councilman Duke Franklin as part of the conspiracy laid out in Federal Court Wednesday afternoon. We have team coverage of the charges and public reaction. WDEF News 12's Amy Katcher begins from federal court.
