Hamilton County commissioners recognized some of the area's brightest minds on Thursday. Fifty Hamilton County students earned at least a 30 on the ACT or at least 1,400 on the SAT college entrance exams. That puts them in the Top 3 percent of the nation. Students earned full ride scholarships to Harvard, NYU and appointments to West Point just to name a few. One of the students scored both a 30 or higher on the ACT and a 1,400 or more on the SAT.
