I didn't work in 2007, an IRS rep informed me that if I didn't work there is no need to file 2007 return. I worked in 2008 and have filed. I received my Federal and NY refund, still no stimulus. IRS prepresentative insists that I did not have to file 2007. So why am I still waiting for my check?

I honestly believe they are lying to us.

My bank fees are killing me and that refund would have covered everything. If I still received it now I would still owe the bank.

I hate the IRS. Their website is a joke. The so-called stimulus calculator doesn't work properly.

Why is it even there?

Next year I am working off the books and not filing a damn thing. Screw them.
