Higdon, Alabama (WDEF) — The DeKalb County Drug & Major Crimes Unit and the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in Higdon on County Road 155 after receiving several tips about drugs at the residence.
Sheriff Jimmy Harris says that 7 adults and 2 juveniles were arrested.
The sheriff’s office says 58 year old Daniel Charles Pardue and 25 year old Daniel James Pardue of Higdon were charged with Distribution of Controlled Substance.
Additionally, the sheriff’s office says 57 year old Doris Yvonne Camp of Ooltewah, 19 year old William Cole Haggard of Hazel Green, and 19 year old Jared Wade Allison of Flat Rock were charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Twenty year old Christopher Douglas Smith of Higdon was charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a warrant for Probation Violation according to the sheriff’s office.
Also, the sheriff’s office says 21 year old Tyson Aaron Hart of Bryant was charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
According to the sheriff’s office, the 2 juveniles were taken to the juvenile probation office in Fort Payne.
