Dollywood’s new wooden roller coaster will not be ready for Grand Opening weekend. Lightning Rod features new technology never used on a wooden coaster. A statement released by Dollywood says “the ride manufacturer asked for additional time to commission the ride. Progress is being made daily.” A new opening date hasn’t been announced.

Republican Presidential front-runner Donald Trump’s lead in the race for delegates keeps growing, with confirmed primary wins in North Carolina, Illinois and Florida. Senator Marco Rubio dropped out of the race after losing his home state Tuesday. Rubio says he chose not to run on fear, anger and playing on people’s frustrations.

Amazon may soon let you pay with a Selfie. The online retailer has filed a patent application for the technology. The company argues it is more secure and less “awkward” than traditional passwords. Customers would be able to take a picture or a short video of themselves to authenticate payments. To prove you are real, Amazon’s facial recognition system would require you to blink, smile or tilt your head when taking a picture.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has issued new guidelines for prescribing opiate painkillers. The agency says the risks from the drugs outweigh the benefits for most people. Doctors are now advised to prescribe the lowest dose possible for the shortest amount of time. About 40 Americans die every day from overdosing on prescription painkillers.

“Indiana Jones” will soon return to the big screen. Harrison Ford will star for a fifth time as Indy. Stephen Spielberg is also returning as the director. The Walt Disney Company says Indy’s new adventure will open in July of 2019. There’s no title yet for the new Indiana Jones adventure.
